Russian Cuisine: Simple and Clear

Happy New Year, dear friends! As we all know, the new year is an opportunity to start new things! So we are pleased to announce our first culinary master class of 2014 dedicated traditional Russian dishes, which will take place on the 9th of February at 1 pm at the Lucien restaurant.

In Lucien restaurant chef Artem Dobrovolskiy has been preparing fine dining with the help of old Russian recipes for many years. For us gastronomy is a fascinating and creative process, which we want to share with you! If you want to know how to cook well and treat loved ones and friends to tasty dishes when you return to your homeland, our third master cooking class from the "Russian Cuisine: Simple and Clear" series will be to your liking. During the master class each of you will master details and secrets of the culinary arts and preparation of Russian dishes. In this master class, we will focus on the famous "herring in a fur coat" winter salad and hot stuffed pies. In addition we will tell you how to choose the right food products and about the secrets of food storage. At the end of the master class offers old-fashioned traditional Russian samovar tea-party with sweets!

Cost of the master cooking class: 1500RUB per participant to cover the costs of the ingredients used. Please note that the ingredients are purchased according to the number of participants registered so if you plan on coming, please confirm your participation by February 7th.

Master class will take place on the 9th of February at 1 pm.
